Diesel generators

Diesel generator suits for almos all generator applications.

Generator usage does not place any requirements for diesel motor. Depending on the use case, the rpm-controller is either electoric or mechanic. In reserve power usage there will be a cylinder-block heater installed on the motor, which will be connected to electric grid.

Customer is free to choose the manufacturer of the diesel engine. Practically the manufacturer of the engine does not matter. The brand could be freely chosen based on use- and repair-experiences and availability of spare parts.

In over 100 kVA category there are Perkins, Volvo and Cummins motors available.

Our generators are available in open framed models, sound insulated models and customized container models.

Generator's brand

The most common generator brand is Leroy Somer. These generators have proven themselves to be very reliable and durable. These generators can be delivered as one or two bearing version. The two bearings version should be used in situations, where generator is exposed to striking force. Conditions like these will be found in e.g. crunching facilities. Repair time of the bearings is typically over 20 000 hours. There are no scheduled maintenance parts in the generator. In dusty or dirty environment the generator should be cleaned of dust and dirst regularly.
